Blueberries can also keep your skin glowing. Some skin care products are made using blueberry extract since it can reduce acne and prevent damage from the sun.
They are high in antioxidants, which fight off harmful molecules in your body!
Blueberries can improve your vision. They are rich in anthocyanin and vitamin E, which work together to keep your retinas healthy and prevent clouding of the lens.
